How can i have iTunes sync my iPod Shuffle with Random Songs?

I just got a New iPod Shuffle 2GB, but my iTunes has about 9GB of Music.
How can i have iTunes sync my iPod Shuffle with Random Songs every time i sync it?

This question piqued my interest. The process of doing this is a bit convoluted but doable. First of all, you have to connect your iPod to the computer and click on the Summary tab. Scroll down and check the box that says, “Manually manage music.” and click “Apply” when finished. After that, look for your iPod on the left bar. When you find your iPod, there’s a triangle next to the iPod. Click that and a dropdown list of playlists will appear. Locate the “Music” tab under the iPod and click on it. If you successfully completed the directions, you will see a bar on the bottom that says “Autofill From.” After that, list what playlist you want to get music from and choose your settings. These include replacing the playlist when syncing, choosing items randomly, and choose higher rated songs more frequently. When you are satisfied with your music list, you then click on autofill and let iTunes to the rest of the work. One thing to remember, doing this will enable your iPod to become a flash drive. So its important that you manually eject your iPod so that it won’t get corrupted or lose data. Also, these directions apply to any recent iPod. Hope these directions help solve your question.
